Inlet Market is an Australian-registered business operating from 12 Garema Street, Indooroopilly QLD 4068. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices and product availability may change without notice. An order is accepted once we send a confirmation email; we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order (for example, if a product is mispriced or out of stock).

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. By providing payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

4. Shipping & delivery

Shipping is handled per our Shipping Policy. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

5. Returns & refunds

Returns are handled per our Refund Policy. Cancellations are handled per our Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our products are handmade by independent makers. Small variations in colour, finish and dimensions are part of their character and not a fault. We make every effort to display product photography accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly between screens.

7. Intellectual property

All content on inletmarket.com — including images, copy, logos and product designs — is the property of Inlet Market or our makers, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inlet Market's liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these terms excludes any non-excludable consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
