Refund Policy

30-day returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Items we cannot refund

  • Items that have been used, washed, assembled, or are not in their original condition
  • Candles where the seal has been broken
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults, and we'll cover return shipping in these cases.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll send you a return address and instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
