Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 1 January 2026. This policy explains how to cancel an order placed with Inlet Market (ABN 12 345 678 901).

Cancel before dispatch

You may cancel any order at no cost before it has been dispatched from our Indooroopilly studio. We dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible. We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of cancellation.

After dispatch

Once an order has been handed to the courier we can no longer cancel it. If you no longer want the order, please refuse the delivery or follow our standard Refund Policy once it arrives.

Custom and pre-order items

Custom-made items and pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production has usually begun and cancellation may not be possible.
